A small, precise dose of anti-wrinkle treatment was placed into the DAO (Depressor Anguli Oris) muscle, which is responsible for pulling the corners of the mouth downward. By gently relaxing this muscle, the mouth corners lift slightly, reducing that downturned expression and restoring a softer, happier look.
? Step 2: Dermal Filler (Marionette Area)
Next, just 1ml of dermal filler was carefully placed into the marionette region. This provided subtle structure and support, helping to smooth the fold without adding unnecessary volume. The aim was to lift, not inflate - creating a refreshed and naturally youthful result.
