How does it work?
The fat dissolve treatment uses a unique formulation to target stubborn pockets of fat, the ingredients include deoxycholic acids which breaks down unwanted localised fat cells, vitamin B2 to help the body metabolize fats which boosts the fat burning process and carnitine which mobilises the fatty acids into the bloodstream after breaking down the stored fat.
Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring bile acid that is used in the medical field to reduce submental (chin) fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, it works by breaking down the cell membrane of fat cells. This process is known as lipolysis.
Deoxycholic acid disrupts the cell membrane of fat cells by increasing the permeability of the membrane, causing the fat cell to leak its contents. This leakage leads to the destruction and death of the fat cell. The body then naturally processes and removes the dead fat cells over time through the lymphatic system.
The treatment usually requires multiple injections over several sessions, with results visible within a few weeks to a few months. However, it's important to note that deoxycholic acid should only be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider and is not a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise.
